Does WebView support HTML5?

I noticed m.linkedin.com is not working in WebView - and I guess is a result of being HTML5 from this article...

LinkedIn falls in line with new HTML5 mobile site | ZDNet

I had seen this post at B4A which mentions WebView may not handle HTML5, but not sure if it was confirmed or if there is an update coming...

Hi.

Official documentation for HTML5 supported features in a WebView seems rather poor.

But i did find a page which provides some better answers: When can I use... Support tables for HTML5, CSS3, etc.
