Android Question HTTPClient request is not working with 3G

I have faced with a problem that my simple request failed to response in 3G mode in Android Version 4., but it works on WIFI I got this error " the target server fail to response" Does anyone can help me? I found that i should set the port for my request but how to do?

You should provide much more infos!

Which code you are using?
Which error exactly do you get (show log)?
Which url you are requesting?
Is it a webserver in internet or some kind of server on your pc?

Whithout anything of these (like you did) it is hard to help! It´s more like guessing what could be wrong

but we can resolve the problem:
opened port 443 in the firewall manager on the server where you are running
Apache.
