Maybe this is a little bit off topic, but...

1) my real name is Mario ("My name is Mario, Super Mario" :p... "similar" to James Bond, for those who did not understand this stupid joke :p)
2) there are no clones of my app (maybe because there is not my app on markets :D, but I mean that no one thought to create it, despite being a known game. There are dozens or perhaps hundreds of thousands of dollars at a short distance but I still waste time on nonsense! Then: I'm stupid!).

@LucaMs

my real name is Mario

And you, playing some sort of "code optimization" reduced that 5-letters name (Mario) to a 4-letters one (Luca).. Now I'm curious about your family name: is it a 2-letters one reduced to that single trailing "s" in LucaMs? :D

It was mentioned in the newspaper that their IOS version is about ready for sale.

quite pricy tho, 9.90 or 9.99 euros but they know the fans will buy it anyway. (and still a lot cheaper than a real console game)

they also mentioned single hand playing. I wonder how that will work.

I'd really really really like to have a "Run" game ready in two weeks, based of my engine, but I can't really promise anything, especially when having zero work done on user interface (menus, level selection, etc).

@wonder Your work is fantastic! Good luck for your game, no one here can tell you what will become viral.

My comment: I think your character is lost in the background. You can compare with Mario, he has very bright colors, and the background plates usually have opposite colors to him. Also agree with the previous comments regarding the speed of the gameplay: too fast, a bit confusing.

Thank you so much, @jmon! Your words are really inspiring! :)

Regarding the current assets and gameplay, they're nothing but placeholders for now.
Once my work on the engine is finished (~85%), I'll start working on actual game(s), so everything's subject to change...
