B4J Question I cant open files or add a file.

I am receiving the error in the picture whenever I try and add a file to any project or when I try and open a file from the IDE. It will open a project file when I double click on it. It worked fine yesterday so I am not sure what has occurred. I upgraded to the new version and still its the same. Any suggestions?

This issue dose not occur in B4A. I was allowed to open a project from the IDE.

[SOLVED] I had to modify the security under the program properties. B4J did not have the permissions to Modify or Write to Application Packages. I dont have a clue as to how those were changed. Windows didnt show it had an update. Sometimes I miss DOS!
