Android Question I wonder if it's possible to use WinApi in my B4a programs?

I usually write programs in PowerBasic. But, unfortunately, its main developer (Bob Zale) passed away about 10 years ago and it will no longer be developed.
Right now I’m choosing where to migrate.

B4A apps run on Android devices. You can't call Windows API.

There is a speech api in Android.

B4J runs on desktops, however it is cross platform and is based on Java, so it is not trivial to directly call Windows API.
