You can get the native service object with BLE.GetServiceObject. It will return a CBService: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/corebluetooth/cbservice?language=objc
You can then do something like:

Dim service As NativeObject = ble.GetServiceObject(...)
Dim chars As List = service.GetField("characteristics")
For Each c As NativeObject In chars
 Log(c)
Next
