Icons in Filippo'sListView

Hello everybody,
probably I'm missing something, but I can't see any icon when I set the listview lv:

I've attached a small example.

Why I can't see icons?
Probably is a stupid issue; I've looked at examples but I don't understood German.

I do not know if you've already solved the problem, but so it should work.
