Does anyone know if there is special area for andriod dev (like us)
that can upgrade our phones to ICS?
(I wish to upgrade my galaxy s2, so I can test the new features)

if not, what is the recommended web site for un-official upgrade

There will probably be no official support until the manufacturers release it.

IF the manufacturer releases it. There are a lot of older devices that won't ever see ICS because of its hardware requirements.

I read that Samsung will roll out the upgrade in early march. Only 2 weeks to wait!

Hardware requirements is just bullshit.
Even my low-end ZTE Blade can run ICS.
