Wish IDE Hyperlink click as in Notepad++

For documentation reasons I often have a hyperlink as a comment.

It would be very efficient, to follow that link with a click direct in the source.

Is now integrated in B4A 6.30 - Thank you!

but is it possible it requires a meta key +click instead of just a click ? ie [CTRL] + [LMB], to avoid random clicks on it

This feature is implemented (you can see it in the beta version of B4J). It works with Ctrl + Click.
