Wish IDE : implement resizing of the first column in the "Quick Search" window

This has been wished for, and discussed, several times. I had a suggestion that the width could be defined in the .ini, if it was hard to make it draggable by mouse. That didn't really help as it seems this column is more difficult than expected to change the width of.
