my typical workflow is the following
1) launch Tools/Build Server/Build Release app
2) while compiler is working I open Tools/Build Server/Upload App to iTunes
3) while compiler is working I fill up the uploader fields
step 2 is difficult to execute, because when the Compile window updates, all IDE menus gets closed, so I must repeat a couple of times
proposal: do not close menus while compiling
added bonus: save connect uploader fields, so it will open up with the last used ones
