While fooling around with some code refactoring, I made a mistake and received a large error. It was so large that I could not dismiss it - though it does go away eventually on its own. This is Windows 10 Pro x64.
I believe it came up during an interactive debug where I pressed Ctrl+S to apply a code change. The message is in the screenshot. It is slightly taller than the screen resolution itself which is why the dismissal button was not visible. I'll try to catch another screenshot of the entire layout.
