I published the software.
I have Windows 10 and there is no problem with the exe file.
A user who has Windows 10 detected the software's exe file as a Trojan in the virus & threat protection section.
In one of the similar posts, it was said that the reason was inno setup.
But can inno setup affect my 174 KB software exe file?

Inno Setup isn't really related. False positive detection happen from time to time. Especially when the files aren't signed.

You can report it to the relevant anti-virus tool and they might fix it.
Isn't it interesting that signing apk and aab files is free, but signing exe files is not free?

I think Google benefits from Android apps in their store but MS may not benefits anything. So Google was willing to help you sign it. Furthermore, Google is starting to enforce the DUNS thing.
Do you think a jar file that is converted to an exe is more likely to be recognized as a virus?
Because the jar file itself is probably not recognized as a virus, but when it becomes an exe, it becomes problematic.
I published 4 applications with C# and they had no problem being recognized as a virus.

I have not much experience compiling exe from C# but I remember last time my exe compiled from VB6 also detected by antivirus as virus so I guess it doesn't matter as long as the binary file has exe file extension, antivirus sometimes not working accurately.

I don't think it matters. A couple of weeks ago Bitdefender suddenly detected a virus in my ABMaterial.jar file and it was a false positive. It is probably their heuristic analysis who detects some sequence in your file. All you can do is submit your file to the virus scanner (they mostly have a website where you can do that) and hope for the best.
