B4J Question Image file properties and size

Hi all

I am busy with a program that sends a image file via FTP to a website to fit in a placeholder of 540x130 pixels. This file should also be small in size , less than 20kb.

Is there anyway using B4J that I can check that the file conforms to specification before I enable to Upload button.

Is the client a B4J UI app? You can load the bitmap and check its size.
