ImageLibEx Icon Object issue

Hi All,
I'm facing issues with Icon object when trying to create (load) icon object with .ico icon files.
I'm getting error message in the smartphone only (No issues in desktop env.) for some of the icons.

I've attached an example that shows the problem:
- Users.ico do not cause any error
- Temp.ico is causing error

Please note:
- Temp.ico was downloaded as a favicon (Favorite Icon) of a web site.
- All .ico files attached are visible in icon/image viewers I've tried.

Icon handling in the Compact Framework is very much simplified over that of the full .NET Framework on the desktop. It looks like the troublesome icons have some features that are not supported on the device.
