First of all Erel doesn't like the topics start with hello Erel because this is a community forum and I know the answer but because you asked Erel I may not answer it =)
just kidding . We dont have a startapp and it does not have an adapter for admob mediation. but you can check here : https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/admob-ads-mediation-with-inmobi.71837/
there are many networks you can use with admob.
