Hi there

This is an email from Huawei

Dear developer,

To ensure optimal performance and reduce the power consumption of Android apps provided for users, AppGallery will only accept 64-bit Android apps for distribution. Please update your app package according to our schedule:

l From February 1, 2022, Android games and apps newly released or updated on AppGallery must provide a 64-bit app package. We will no longer accept apps with only the 32-bit app package.

l From September 1, 2022, AppGallery will no longer accept any 32-bit app packages.
Suggestions for you to adapt to this new requirement:

App Bundle distribution: Upload your AAB package. Then it will be split into an APK based on a specific user's CPU architecture for flexible distribution. This also effectively reduces your package size. Learn more about App Bundle

64-bit package only: You can also directly upload a 64-bit APK to provide your users with optimal experience.
Note: During the transition, you can pack your 32-bit and 64-bit app packages together to ensure user experience under different CPU architectures.
If you have any questions, please send an email to agconnect@huawei.com or directly contact us in the interaction center of AppGallery Connect. We will get back to you soon.
