Android Question In-App Review Library example

I've downloaded Pendrush's In-App Review library and example. I put the library (jar and xml files) in the Additional Libraries directory. When I attempt to compile the example, I get an "organizing libraries" error - "maven artifact not found: com.google.android.play/review". Has something changed?
