Wish In library window, I can scroll with keyboard but can not tag/untag a library with say 'spacebar'

In library window, I can scroll with keyboard but can not tag/untag a library with say 'spacebar'

Or is there any key to do it ?
I have to use mouse click to tag/untag now.
