Android Question Input dialog

I am looking for a simple tutorial on a simple input box. I can't find anything.

Yeah. I didn't want to have to download something that should be just some simple script on a forum post.

Okkkkaaayyyyy.... So if you don't want to download something for that simple task :
- create a class or use a code module
- add a panel with some text
- add a text entry
- add one or more buttons
- add a way to show/hide the panel
- manage the events and you are done
