How insert a layout large inside panel and scroll mi layout large inside a panel...

Create two layouts. One with a ScrollPane (anchored to all sides) and one with the scrollable layout.

Load the first and then call:

ScrollPane1.LoadLayout(SecondLayout, <width>, <height>)
