Android Question Insert picture in Call Dial activity

How to replace standart (empty) picture "Avatar," which appears in the activity when you dial a number that is not in list of contact. For example I am want to insert into the Call Diall activity my advertising picture.

You can try to show your own activity by calling StartActivity from a service at the right time. Getting it to work reliably will be difficult.
