If this computer supports Xcode 7 then it will work with B4i (the build server).

Note that the IDE is a Windows program.

It B4i installed on windows or mac?

The IDE is a windows program (very similar to B4A and B4J IDEs). B4i requires a builder as well. You can either use the hosted builder or if you have a local mac then you can install the builder on the mac.
