Android Question Install Fails

B4A fails to install on Dell Latitude, Windows 10. Two errors: 1) "Missing jar file from library, C:\android\toos\lib\devices.xml". The file is there. 2) Open SDK Manager button fails to open SDK Manager.

Any suggestions?

Uninstall everything and delete the folders, then follow the instructions in the link below to the letter, do not install into previously installed folders.

This error suggests that you set the additional libraries folder to Android SDK folder. This is a mistake.

Problem fixed. For reference, I didn't recognize that the SDK manager couldn't reach the appropriate sites to get the required files. Probably a proxy problem which I solved by going off the protected network. It wasn't obvious because it loaded one file, then failed so I assumed it was reaching the site.
