Wish Install file to device without recompile

When working with several devices it would be good to be able to install to the device without having to do a recompile every time. I know it doesn't take long but it seems a waste..
I use F5 to compile/install (Run) on a device. Would it be possible to do just the install (Run) with say F4 which currently doesn't seem to be assigned?
