Android Question Install issue

Hello, I'm trying start testing B4A
When click Tools-> Configure Paths -> Open SDK Manager I don't get any list of what to install.

I get a regular internet broadband connection.

Does the "busy indicator" in the bottom right corner eventually disappear?
