I am getting this error when installing apk either in debug or release mode:

There are no changes made anywhere.
Other apps give same error on compiling.
device is online and shows in "adb devices" list
adb shell works fine

Tried creating a fresh install. Same issue.

It worked fine until yesterday!

I guess it was upgraded to 9, try downgrade it to 8
