Installation Problems With License File

Hi Erel,
I am unable to use the Basic4Android Software. Paypal Transaction ID: 2WJ47775RJ4472742 bought today 14 Dec 2011.
I purchased the Enterprise version and installed the software and copied the license file provided to me to the installation directory.
The program does not run and aborts with the message that the license file is already in use on another computer.
I reinstalled the software. Rebooted but to no avail.
Please help quickly.

I have the same problem, too.

I just purchased the Enterprise edition tonight and the license file doesn't work. When I launched Basic4Android, the error message is "License file is already used by other computer." Please help ASAP.

How can i solve?

i used at first the 30day demo and i use windows 7 64bit

Hi All

I've read somewhere in the threads that basic4android can be installed on 2 computers using the same licence file. I have one installation on my laptop at home and I have just installed the second installation on a VM at work (so I can code away at lunch time and till I go home next week).

I have not received this error that there is another installation (does it check over the net ?), My only worry now is I will not be able to run the installation at home as it might complain of another existing installation. I know I can find out when I go home but that won't be for another week and my home installation is more important for me.

This, I have B4A installed on at least three different work machines and all of them work fine when I use them, as well as my home installation.

Hi everybody!
I worked a lot with the trial version. Today I purchased a standard license and oops..!

"License is already in use by another computer."

Before of that I uninstalled the trial (revo unistaller), installed the full version from the link provided by the e-mail, copied the license file to installation folder.

I already sent e-mail to 'support@basic4ppc.com' but I have no news from them wet...
Can somebody else help me?

SOLVED!!
I've uninstalled b4a, deleted all the registry keys containing "basic4android" or "anywhere software", deleted the folder "\Program files\Anywhere software", and the hidden folder "Basic4android" inside the "AppData\Roaming....".
After that i've re-installed b4a and ... all seems to be ok!
