Installing a Finished App

I find that when I start the app I've created from within Apps/My Apps on the tablet, I get a "Waiting for IDE Debugger to Connect". What do I need to do so that the app will launch immediately without that message?

In the IDE on top besides the toolbuttons you have a drop down list.
Select Release instead of Debug.
