Android Question Installing to device error .....

Can anyone help maybe?
For some reasons it looks at the wrong directory for the adb.exe file, while paths has been adjusted correctly. Refer to added screen shot.
Anyone an idea? Probably I missed something .....

Look at screenshot for installed platform and build tools.
For some reasons i find some back at 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\build-tools'. Looks like installation on this PC is a mesh! (Despite I uninstalled everything earlier today)

After:
complete uninstallation of the Android SDK
an restart
manual deletion of all directories related to Android SDK that was left behind
a new installation of the Android SDK
installing the desired android versions, build and platform tools
It finally works again.
