iOS Question iOS Beta Testing

I've got an ipa on itunesconnect, and I'm an internal user there, my device is only ios7.2.1 (so that rules me out of testflight), how do distribute/make available that build for beta testing on my device?

ok, so ive added myself and a friend as external testers, and switched off testflight, how do i invite the 2 external testers to test the app? I'm a bit confused after so much android'ing.
