iOS Question IP Address Problem

when I type my device ip address which is shown in the B4i-Bridge, I get this massage:

the IP address is most probably incorrect.
Do you want to use it?

Although the B4i-Bridge was working well at my first applications.

It has nothing to do with the internet connection. The device and the PC must be connected to the same local network.

now the computer is connected to the iPhone hotspot.

Not sure that it will work. You will need to find the device ip address. The simplest solution is to have a router where both the PC and the iOS device are connected to it.

I was using a vpn in my computer.
