Is B4A affected by the new SDK T&Cs?

The Android SDK T&Cs were updated yesterday to include a new clause specifying:

3.4 You agree that you will not take any actions that may cause or result in the fragmentation of Android, including but not limited to distributing, participating in the creation of, or promoting in any way a software development kit derived from the SDK.

Stop me if I'm being stupid, but it seems to me that B4A could be seen as "a software development kit derived from the SDK". Do we anticipate trouble with Google?? (I hope not as I'm a big fan of B4A.)

AFAIK, B4A uses the Android SDK 'as is', and is not a derivative.

B4A is just wrappers around an unchanged SDK. I see nothing wrong with it.

As written above, Basic4android uses the standard Android SDK without any modifications. Similar to what other IDEs such as Eclipse do.
