I completed one iOS app. Is it possible to convert it to android app?

Yes.
But not automatically !
The operating systems are different.
For the user interface part you need to rewrite the application.
General basic code can be taken over.
You could check the SQLiteLight examples in my signature to see the differences.
The B4i versions were ported from B4A.
In the B4i Beginner's Guide chapter 11 Differences B4i <> B4A shows the differences between the two operating systems.
Layout files can be ported from B4A to B4i but not from B4i to B4A.
