After searching the forum, I have found that I can create a shadow effect by setting the panel's elevation to 30.
The problem is that the "Title" (Label) will get covered by the panel due to the elevation.
Is it possible to create something like screenshot #1, where there is a shadow for the panel but we can also have something on top?
