Is the V3.50 run time faster?

Is it me or does V3.50 run time seem faster?
I know it is in debug mode but it seems faster too in release mode.

The runtime performance in Release mode should be similar to previous versions. In release mode the performance is in most cases the "best" that it can be. Which means that it is the same as if you write the code in Java.
