iOS Question is there a good OpenCV library and BLE Library for B4i

We want to make a iOS And Android App use B4i&B4A,
Need use camera to capture the image's RGB and color more details( contains paper character, human face and animals) , and generate report to a BLE Device.

is there a good OpenCV library and BLE 4.0 LIB for B4i and B4A?

Do you mean to add support for OpenCV? It is possible but it isn't easy.
