Android Question Is there any harm in "finishing" current activity just after starting new activity?

Hi Guys,
As we go along starting new activities one after the other will it be right to keep killing current activity by "activity.finish" right after startactivity(""), This because finally when we exit application even if i write "Exit application" and activity.finish in resume of every activity it does not close the whole app at once.
Pls suggest.

Don't use ExitApplication.

There is no harm in calling Activity.Finish after a call to StartActivity.
