Android Question Is there easy way asembly directly each library to be B4XFile?

From Here I would like to know If I had B4A library(aMyLib.jar and aMyLib.xml) and then after I can create a new B4J (jMyLib.jar and jMyLib.xml and B4i(iMyLib.jar and iMyLib.xml).
Is there easy way asembly directly each library to be B4XFile? I need the Extra Tool for this.

B4Xlibs (B4XFiles do not exist) do not contain jars files, they contain B4A / B4J / B4I (all 3 types or less) source code - classes / code modules.

They are compressed files; unzip any of them and view their content.
