There are many cases in the hospital that I used to found the patients who are unable to talk with someone. As we are the programmer,why we shouldn't do some things to help.

yes that would be an easy solution. Where does the "verbalise" need to go to? A nurses station or via SMS or just to place the text onto a screen so someone beside them can read it ?
