Is there way to rename file.txt to be?

I wonder,Is there way to rename file1.txt to be ไฟล์1.txt? If I need to rename my file1.txt. Because It has error occurred while compiling.

Does it need to be renamed in code? If you are adding the file why not just rename it in Windows?

Is there B4A using alias file's name. Assume I have db1.txt ,I wish could use file as
belows:

Wish db1.txt alias as ไฟล์1.txt <== This is my wished to have command line Wish...alias as...
