B4J Question It it Windows? How do I permanently fix this?

From time to time, my IDE hangs, this happens when I open the abstract designer. Then all the many little b4j screens appear. I cant reproduce this and now I perhaps think is a memory handling issue on windows. How do I permanently fix this?
