Its possible do a video intercom with 2 androids using basic4android?

Hi, I'd make a video intercom or audio intercom using two androids for my home using wifi. One connects to the other that is always listening.
Is it possible to do this using basic4android?

You can use the Network library to connect the two devices and then send an image every x milliseconds.
