iOS Question iTunes Connect Upoader Question

Much months have passed since I haven't published an App on iTubnes and I'm having difficulties.

What should I put coem user ID: icloud's email address? The App ID Prefix (7W ...)? Which user ID do I use on the b4i HOST Build Server to compile?
Having changed PC for a few months and installed B4i in the new PC I don't have the saved data.

It works correctly, I had forgotten that I had created passwords every time I made a uploader, now I found myself many password.
