B4J Question Jar file can not run

Hi, i using b4j version 9.30 now
when i compile in release mode, i get a jar file, but that file (jar file) can not run.

Whan i use old version 7.x or 8.x, jar file can run

What must i set / configure on my b4j 9.30?

It is related to the Java version.

jar file not run

hi , i make project and press release to start the jar file and it work , but when i run it outside the ide it doesn't execute what the issue ,please help thanks
