Android Question Jpeg library

Good evening, I downloaded the demojpg app when I open it myself from a "LIBRARIES ARE MISSING THE FOLLOWING: JPEGDEMO" not have this library in my LIBRARIES MANAGER how do I install it ??

Copy the Jpeg.jar and Jpeg.xml files from the downloaded zip file to your additional libraries folder that you should have already set up and pointed to in the Tools/Configure paths option from the menu.
