B4J Question JRDC2 : batch select

hi all
1-is it possible to batch select ?
2- is it possible to combine multiple non select commands in a batch that include one final select?
3- the query :

SHOW COLUMNS FROM persons

is it considered Select ? and hence should be used with executequery not command ?

3. If you want to get result from your statement then you need to use ExecuteQuery.

Note that jRDC2 is a B4J program. You can modify it and extend it to do batch selects or a batch inserts with a select statement.
