Where did you configured port 80?
the RDC you are initializing with port 17178
Do not set Port 80 on the RDC...
RDC is not serving a website.

I have my port 80 open on the router for remote access from there.

There is my doubt!

Then open the port 17178 too. Make sure to forward it to the PC running the RDC

ok but how would reqManager.Initialize?

reqManager.Initialize(Me, "http://MiDomain:17178/rdc")

if I do not put the port 80 does not recognize the Domain

reqManager.Initialize(Me, "http://MiDomain:80/rdc")

if I do not put the 17178 does not recognize the java server

I already said: DONT set port 80 on the RDC as RDC is not a webserver.
what should "midomain" be? A domainname? Without TLD?
Put the internet-IP from the router here...

I suggest do read about networkstructures and how to do portforwarding.

It´s not funny to help if the others does not knowing anything about networks.
Get a new Hobby

I already understand, it works without problems. I opened port 17178.
reqManager.Initialize(Me, "http://MyDomain:17178/rdc")
It work!
