Bug? jSerial error message when connect

Hello when i tryingto connect with serial port - chose speed (predkosc) and chose port (wybor portu) and the put "adres woltomierza" from 2-255" and when i click connect (połącz) then a get message ERROR. I want to use library jSerial to connect with UART terminal (FTDI232).
I upload screens, code, and log filet - very thank you for help

The library will work with Java 8 or 9 32 bit.
