Just a quick "Thank You"

I've been a member for a few years but, as you already know, I stay pretty quiet. I visit fairly often to read posts, and I'm always learning new things about b4x. I guess that's why I don't often have questions. When I do have a question, I don't have to ask because the answer is already here. I just come and do a quick search and...POOF! There it is.

That's because this community has a great group of people always building libraries, posting code snippets, answering questions, etc. And, while it is a given that Erel is the head of that group, I'm not going to try listing all the names because I would probably miss someone and that would be rude.

Anyway, I just wanted to say a quick THANK YOU to all of you that are always contributing to help the rest of us. I thought it would be nice to let you know there are people out here like me that do appreciate very much the things you do, even if we don't say much.

Okay. I'm gonna go crawl back under my rock now...

I'll pipe up as well...

I've been pretty quiet, been browsing, popped into chat as well for a good old chinwag with MikeH and some numbered fella... Doesnt half kill productivity that place mind!

Anyway, I've been using B4A now for full time tinkering since June 12th, I did buy it before I think, yonks ago, but never did anything with it, made an activity, popped it up onto a HTC Desire, and that was it (I was into game dev at the time)

Anyway, since I bought it again, and played a bit more, well, I discovered it is a magnificent bit of kit, the whole setup... I cannot fault it really... I've settled right into the syntax of it, libraries are well thought out, and theres a lib for everything it seems, and the bonus is, I can usually find whatever I'm looking for straight away. Its got me nailed to this computer chair of mine... I get in from work, have a shower, quick bite to eat then bosh, I'm beavering away like a good'un, and for the first time in donkeys... I'm building software again, and loving it!

So yeah, I'd like to thank everyone involved too, from Erel who made this beauty, to the people who have spent time answering questions in the past, for me to find in the present, just by doing a quick google search!

Cracking stuff!
